As a Civil QA/QC Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all road and water construction projects in the oil and energy sector meet quality and compliance standards. You will lead a team of skilled professionals who will use your expertise to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions that meet the ever-evolving requirements of our clients. 1. Project Management:

Responsible for the management and supervision of all civil engineering projects in the energy sector.

2. Quality Control Procedures:

Develop and implement strict quality control procedures to ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3.Inspections and Audits:

Conduct routine inspections and audits to detect any problems or deficiencies in project implementation.

Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to plan and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

5. Document Review:

Fully review and approve all project documents including specifications, drawings and reports.

6.Technical Guidance:

Provide invaluable technical knowledge and guidance to team members, ensuring implementation of best practices in civil engineering

7. Continuous Improvement:

Implement a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and exploiting opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.

– Proven experience in QA/QC leadership positions in the energy industry.

– Thorough knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

– Ability to use quality control tools and methods.

– Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

– Strong communication and leadership skills.
