Position Title: Operational Efficiency Specialist

As an Operational Efficiency Specialist in this dynamic role, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving our Service Provider (SP) processes. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with multifaceted teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement, streamline workflows, and implement process refinements. 1. Data Analysis: Undertake comprehensive data analysis to identify areas for process enhancement within the SP department.
2. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams to obtain valuable insights and feedback on prevailing processes.
3. Recognition of Bottlenecks: Identify constraints and strategize effectively to optimize workflows, thereby reducing turnaround times.
4. Implementing Refinements: Introduce process improvements such as automation, standardization, and documentation.
5. Performance Oversight: Vigilantly monitor performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of implemented enhancements.
6. Training Initiatives: Develop and execute training programs to ensure team members are well-informed and compliant with optimized processes.
7. Support and Guidance: Offer support and guidance to team members, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes.
8. Staying Abreast: Keep abreast of the latest industry best practices and emerging trends in optimizing processes.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
– Demonstrated experience in process optimization, preferably within the Energy sector.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and rectifying process inefficiencies.
– Exceptional project management competencies, including task prioritization and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in process analysis tools like Lean Six Sigma or BPMN.
– Understanding of telecommunications practices and technologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Adaptability to changing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
